Maca is a root vegetable that is high in antioxidants and nutrients.

Ingredients:
 

250g Dates (preferably Medjool)

125g Walnuts

20g Coconut oil

2 tsp Maca Powder

The above recipe can be adapted with any type of nuts and the Maca powder can be replaced with other powders too. Carob nibs are particularly tasty...

​

You can also replace the dates with other dried fruits. 

​

Method:

​

1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender until they form a dough. 

​

2. Shape the mixture into balls. 

​

3. Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
